Norwegian sniper scope. I have not mounted it to a rifle yet, so I just set it in place to see how it would look.

A friend of a very good friend helped me . Actually this was one of three I have seen for sale in the past few years.

The rifle was made in 1897 by Steyr for Norway, and later converted in Norway to a 22 caliber military trainer.

The scope is one out of 1000 delivered to Norway in the years round 1910.
