I'd keep looking, unless I was seeking an emergency $250 rifle to throw in the pickup for hunting. There is NO collector value in that specimen, whatsoever. It is a cut-down rifle, not a carbine, and a UGLY job at that. Spend some time on   (You need to Login. They usually have about 6 pages of Krag items, and this is a BUYER'S market - you can do (much) better. Good luck!
