If rest of the krag is original OK, it should be worth restaurated. Perhaps it is rather easy to get the epoxy out, and no setback of barrel needed.�

and here, (You need to Login but note that the bolt is a Steyr made m1894 norwegian so will not fit directly to a m94 kongsberg krag, or m1912 kongsberg made carabine.
