I have a family prize if you will and need some help. My wife's grandfather shot 50 rounds through a kreg for qualification in the army during the Spanish American War or something back then. The War was over before he got to go so he was sent home with his kreg and it has been in cosmoline ever since. basically I have a brand new Kreg. We put 20 rounds through it last week and it fires like a dream but the bullets do not feed when you close the trap door so you have to load it one at a time. Does anyone have a breakdown so I can see what I have to replace or fix.

Are you sure the magazine cut off is in the right position?  On the left side of the receiver near the rear is a steel selector lever that is maybe 1/2" long.  This lever has two positions: down--magazine is disabled and rifle has to be handloaded one at a time; up--magazine is enabled and cycling the bolt should empty the magazine.
