Title: Which edition of Poyer is most current?

I see ads for the "Second Edition", "Second Edition, Revised" and the "New Edition" of Poyer's The American Krag Rifle and Carbine. Which is most current (I presume it is one of the latter two)?

Looking at North Cape Publications, it shows a red banner saying "New Edition" on the lower right corner of a 2nd Edition, Revised cover. If it was a newer edition of the 2nd, wouldn't it be the 3rd edition?

Maybe just calling attention to the 2nd Edition, Revised?
