After about a week of not responding, this print-a-book site is active today.  I find it by Google searching for a title like "Modern rifle shooting from the American standpoint" (Hudson - 1903) or "Suggestions to Military Riflemen" (Townsend Whelen - 1909).  Sites can be found where these out-of print & non-copyrighted books can be viewed on-line.  A choice is given to:  "get a printed version of this book".  If you left mouse-click on this choice, Qoop is one of the Sources.  I have used them twice and found their prices reasonable and service quick.  Qoop accepts Paypal if you have an account.
