I bought an 1899 carbine with a stock that had been sanded into almost oblivion.  I have a new Boyd's stock for it and have done most of the major work in getting everything to fit in properly.  I have bedded several '03 stocks and know what to do there and how to do it.  But, this is my first restocking of a Krag.  Can anyone give me any pointers on how I should bed this rifle...where should I have contact and where not?
