I have a 92/96 KRAG with a "duffle" cut. It is listed in SRS as being with the 25th INF Bicycle Troops ("Buffalo" soldiers ) in 1897. If it has had a piece added, they used a fore stock from another 92/96 because the front piece has the cleaning rod channel filled. I found it in a pawn shop in the part of town that a Buffalo Soldier would most likely have called home.
