Collectibles are moving at the auction sites, and auction houses, and, I think that most people would sell almost anything ahead of a gun, just to pay bills. Gun stores are not the best place to sell, in my opinion. I'm starting to think about going through parts and duplicates, but, first-line items, no way - yet. I may be disposing of one of my 26" rifles in the forseeable future, however. In fact, I just acquired probably the last rifle for the collection - a first model Navy Hotchkiss - a couple of weeks ago. In Krags, I'd need a Parkhurst, and an 1896 Cadet. Neither is going to happen! |
