Tiffany Bernard Williams graduated from Kemper Military School (Booneville, Mo.) in 1914.  He was a Commissioned Officer in the Philippine Constabulary (1914-17) and was stationed in the mountain district of North Central Luzon.  His family donated his Papers and photographs to the University of Michigan.  Some of his images capture interesting scenes at Kemper Military School and in the Philippines.  274 photos are viewable on-line.  Google search:  MLibrary Image Collections - and look for 'Philippine Photographs Digital Archive' and then select, 'Tiffany Williams Photograph Collection'.  A lot of the photos allow zooming in on Krag rifle and Constabulary Carbine details.  (Kemper Mil.
