Title: Chrome/Nickle stripping question Post by Doco Overboard on Feb 5th, 2018 at 1:00am
I stripped chrome/nickle finish from a project rifle with room temp stripper.
What remains is the copper wash from the plating process. Does anyone have suggestions for removing the copper wash that remains? Thanks |

Thanks for the tip, Im going to try per-sulfate and stronger ammonia. I tried some ammonia based bore cleaner and was able to remove some but not all.
