            On 'intrenching' tools: "Hunting Knife discontinued" and digging with "meat can cover" - What's a meat can cover?

            It appears the meat can cover was part of the mess kit. Why not use a cooking cover for digging yourself a trench. Then make supper using it as a lid? Very resourceful, no?  See item #311796973232 on Ebay. |
