'Utte2' - That is the action from a M1943 Nazi Occupation Carbine. They were made in Norway during 1943 to 1944.  Receivers are marked, usually, NA, NB, or NC. #314 is the serial number.

These rifles were crude by Norwegian standards, hence, the label "Stomperud". (Named after a Norwegian comic strip character). The complete rifle looks like the picture, I posted.

The action was designed for the 6.5 X 55mm ('Swedish Mauser') cartridge. Norwegian actions use a Left-Hand barrel thread. Your bolt-handle was altered by someone planning to build a custom rifle. This hurts its value.

IMHO - Your action is just worth its parts value. (Probably $65 to $90).
