I noticed someone is selling a Philippine Constabulary collar badge on ebay. It has to be a rather rare item. I hope it goes to a good home.
Attached is a photo of the "P.C." collar badge.
Also attached is a photo of Tiffany Bernard Williams. He graduated from Kemper Military School (Mo.) in 1914 and was commissioned in the Philippine Constabulary from 1914 to 1917, in North Central Luzon. His photo shows such collar badges.
It's neat to see the P.C. Badge clearly.
