S&S told me this morning they supply sight screws to the CMP, I assume for when they rebarrel Krags. Since the CMP uses Criterion barrels and Criterion barrels have 8-32 threads for the rear sight I deduce that the CMP retaps the 8-32 holes to fit the original threads. Anybody know what the original threads are on the sight screws and where you can buy a tap?
