I am a Springfield Armory 'Junkie'.

Recently, I purchased a copy of "The Journal of the Society for Industrial Archeology", on eBay. Volume 14, Number 1 - 1988, was a 'Theme Issue' focusing on Springfield Armory.

I never knew this Journal (IA) existed and found the content quite interesting.

"IA" - Contents Page gives information for ordering single copies, if they are still available.

Articles are far more extensive than snippets I posted.

The Maps are the best orientation, I have seen, of the Springfield Armory complex.

Their website indicates copies are still available for 15 dollars each - non-member rate.
