Man that's a beautiful rifle.  You must have one fine collection of Krags.  Those mods were prolly done a long, long, time ago.  I have a similar rifle named Stella that has a 27" barrel and a Redfield no-drill rear sight.  She is a model 1892 with quite a bit more wear and tear but is much loved nonetheless.  Her bore is darn near perfect.  She was apparently well-used but well cared for.  I use the Krag speedloaders purchased from this site during rapid fire.
