Speedloader ?  where do you get one ?  I ran out of tar tape years ago.
Didn't get an answer on this ones serial nr.  Back in the teens and twenties, when the government pushed shooting, my grandfather worked at the Bureau of Standards where their rifle team made these up.  John Garand was also a member.  If only the rifles could talk.
