Well boys and girls, the new year started at minus -10 degrees F this morning in NE Wisconsin. So we decided to make it a Krag shooting holiday. We have a 50 and 100 yard range out the back window of the man cave. Fired up the wood stove and dragged out the Krag .22 training rifles for a 50 yard shoot. Shot the 1898 gallery rifle with 1901 sight, the 1896 rifle with Stevens Pope barrel and 1902 rear sight and the Norwegian open sight Guttekarabin kaliber .22.

Hope you all have a very happy KRAG new Year. And we will will see you on the range.

You must have got pretty warm with that 'Stormy Kromer' hat and wood burning stove.

I was real impressed until I realized you were shooting indoors.

Still, a great way to 'Ring In' a New Year!

Looking forward to our (now annual) Team Roosevelt Match this summer at Perry!!! We gotta get Chuck to join us this year too...
