Should have mentioned--I have the roller coaster rear sight, supposedly correct for the 1898 & 1902, as I understand it.

(You need to Login I've seen several ladder heads that have been altered--rounded corners--and I might just go with one of those. What's the story with these, BTW?

This rifle is in pretty good shape, but it's not high collector grade. I'll work on getting a photo that will post. Thanks
