I found this site while helping a gentleman try to determine the rifle an ancestor would have carried with 1st California volunteer Infantry in the Spanish American War.

Those are amazing pictures! I love how you can zoom in and the picture is clear as a bell!

Well, on second thought, since they are Volunteers, I guess they should be carrying Trapdoors.
