I believe they are replicas.
"Mills" marking looks pretty crude.
A 66" Kerr "No-Buckl" would be for a U.S. Model 1917 Enfield. (Version for 1903 Springfield was 60" long). New appearance makes me think the Kerr is also a replica.
An ebay company, "What Price Glory", has replica Mills and Kerr slings. Both models sell for around $25, retail.
