General Miles wanting to suspend production of the Krag Jorgensen rifle at the Springfield Armory 3 days before the Spanish American War began? This came out of a March 1901 article from Ainslee's Magazine. The title is "The Miles-Corbin Feud" (Miles was the Army Commander). Below is a few paragraphs.
