With tragic fires hitting extensive areas of California, how about 'Checking In', so we know you and your wife are out of 'Harm's Way'???

Sorry to have missed this. Thanks for asking - we live about 55 miles SW of Paradise, and aside from some VERY bad air (to the point of wearing masks at times) we are 100% OK. That said, the burned-out area IS close to my wife's home town and - having relations and friends - we visited there with some frequency. Several of them lost everything. It's going to be a tough recovery, and the town, which was woodsy/artsy-fartsy/crafty will never (being rebuilt all new) exactly recover its' character.

Dick, I'm glad you are on the right side of the ashes! Sorry about the property loss for family members.

It is good to hear that you are OK ... Happy Birthday!

We would get you a 'Manning Ammunition Cart', but, Walmart had a run on them on Black Friday.
