Does anyone have any idea what these are for?

I think they are very old .30-06 bullets.

Do they have any value to anyone here?
Are they worth a trade for the parts I need?

Yup, nice old .30 caliber hunting bullets. Not enough of them, unfortunately, to even work up a good load. No special value for sale or trade, I suspect.
