I was surprised to see the rifle able to feed such a broad flat nosed bullet.  I've loaded and shot a few lightweight hollow points, one the 140gr Nosler HPBT, the other the Federal MK319 130gr.  I had to modify the nose on both of them to get reliable feeding, and that was from a 92/96.  They generally feed pointed bullets better than the other models.  Maybe his rifle has been worked on a bit, or he has them seated just the right depth that works.  IRC, I was playing around with a little 150gr cast flat nose bullet, one that had a fat nose, and I had to seat it pretty deep.  It fed ok at a very short length that I can't recall now, maybe around 2.8".  I watched the beginning again, doesn't look like they're seated deep.

COL = 3.010"

I just loaded some 135gr polymer coated cast bullets, 2.795" COL. They feed fine as well.

I'll do a video on that load soon.
