Does anyone have a copy of the source document for approximately 40 carbines "96C" listed in the SRS as 092200 1st Cav (Turned In) "Model 95" or 092200 1st Cav (Turned In) "Model 96"

I figure it is a long shot, but expect these would be some of the more researched serial numbers.

Not sure of what your looking for???

The actual source document (receipt, invoice, etc) detailing what, when, where, why, who, etc? Good luck with that... but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Or are looking for a particular serial number carbine or do you have carbine serial number that you want to find out if it's listed in the SRS.

Or are you asking for a copy of the SRS that list the carbines that fall within the parameters you listed?

BTW: There are a number of carbines listed in the SRS which fall within your parameters.

The SRS typically references a record from the National Archives. I am looking for this record. Given the interest in the 1st Cavalry, there is a small chance someone has already found and pulled the record.
