For sale is an 1899 Krag-Jorgensen Carbine.  Serial Number is 229043.  The action is very smooth and the barrel very nice, bright with strong rifling.   The metal has a smooth gray silver patina with no rust. The wood is good with one nick near the base plate on the right side. I cannot see any cartouches. The rifle needs a safety , magazine cut-off switch, hand guard and rear sight.  So I will try and price accordingly.

I will give a 3 day non-firing inspection period for a full refund of the original purchase price.  Return charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
