Well, I set my OAL by sizing a spare case, inserting a bullet slightly and chambered it to set the bullet in the throat. 

Then, I took a Lake City 72 case, sized it, trimmed it, primed it, and charged it with 60.0 grains of the H4831SC.  The case filled to the base of the neck.  With the bullet seated to my OAL, the load isn't compressed, and I can hear the powder when I shake the case. 

Next... I'll load a bunch more, and then it's off to the range (as soon as it warms up, LOL)!
