I just got home from a Western Trip that included Arches National Park.

I appreciate the effort of our Government to accommodate Foreign Visitors and make them comfortable in our National Parks.

But, Dang! ... It was very hard for me to get up, after sitting on the floor and I really had to use a lot of Hand Sanitizer.

Well, I reckon it's good practice for shooting in the Sitting Position.

Dang, I was trying for 'Humor', at my expense, and not trying to get too 'political'. (I don't like the way it gets nasty on the 'Jouster' Pages).

I like the KCA Forum because it attracts people, who 'have been around the block a couple of times', don't attack each other, and enjoy a good laugh!

Besides, I think House Speaker Pelosi is a stunning and powerful Woman, with a plan to take care of us, when we are all 'Homeless'.

Local Gun Shop purchased this indecently engraved Colt and has it currently listed on GunBroker.

It is reputed to have been owned by "Hustler" magazine publisher, Larry Flynt.

A 'Colt Letter' simply indicates it was shipped to a California based military PX. (The engraving is not from Colt's Custom Shop).

The Gun Shop staff made me look at it. The engraving is disgusting and cannot be unseen. A shameful waste of a Colt.

I had to go home and immediately shower. I now find myself compulsively washing my hands.

A fitting fate for this 1911 Colt, and some California politicians, would be to drop them down the 'toilet' shown in the initial post. But, this would violate 'Posted Rule #5'.

But, Salter is giving a free front sight cover if you pay the small fortune for the rifle #45.

My lowest is 1631. I have two with SRS documentation. One of the documented ones is 5214 which is mostly unaltered but has a few non-original parts that seem to have been with the rifle a long time. I'm hesitant to change them.

Gee Whiz.  Salter must have had that rifle for sale for five years or so.  I was curious and checked on it last month but it was gone so I thought it had been sold.  Nope.  Just add it back to the list and say it is a new listing.  Reeeeeeeal smooth.

And no cleaning rod.  That is one of the 800 to 1000 dollar rifles I was talking about in another post.
