You were half way there.  When you start a new post write your word of Krag wisdom.  Then click on the Browse button and select the pic you want to share with the entire world (Remember OPSEC).  And lastly click the Post Message button.

You will be well on your way to wearing shoes and sipping tea in fashionable company in no time flat.
