The picture shown at the end of the film appears to be taken at the same time and place as Whig's. But the guy in the film's photo was crouched down on his haunches, wore a solid suit and had a hat on. The guns were positioned in the exact way. I believe that the guy in Whig's photo was an accomplice of Barrow's.
