You're not the first person that's happened to! I received my parkerized 96/96 like that, but the PO paid me for the damages. Yours looks fixable. Find a good local gunsmith if you don't wish to mess with it yourself and bill Fed-Ex! 92(94) and 96 stocks interchange, 98s don't have a cut for the metal channel the bolt handle passes through.
