The actual annual reports in the index are not included with the link above. Some of the reports are under "Important Topics" and "Misc. Annual Reports and documents" in this section of the forum. The page numbers will only match up to the Ordnance Reports to the Secretary of War. If anybody is looking for an annual report, whatever the year in this range, I may be able to help find it if it's available in Google Books.
