I bought an original Kerr sling on fleabay a while back and went to sling it on my, just got it, 1924 PreA Winchester M52 today only to realize that the floating brass square ring for the lower [short] strap is missing. Goes on the long strap for the short end to hook onto. Anyone have one from a broken sling that they’d sell me. I know it’s original because it has a possible Sunny’s Surplus [local military surplus store where I grew up in Baltimore] price written on it, a whopping .59 cents. I had to use my repro sling until I find a ring. You know it’s against the law to have a quasi military rifle with real sling swivels and not have a sling hanging on it.
