30-40 Krag cartridge designations.

I am getting another 'sporter' this week and the bbl is marked, "30 ARMY". It is an alleged Charles Newton of wildcat fame. The only original part is the reciever. What were the other headstamps on the 30-40 cases? Thanks, Hirtle.

Besides .30 Army I have also seen .30 US as on my 1895 Winchester.  Head stamps and cartridge box labels I have seen include .30 Army, .30 USA, .30 U.S. ARMY and .30 USG.
