Krag Serial Number History.

Does anyone know where I can find records for my Krag?
I would like to know if there was any way to find out to which soldier my rifle was assigned, and where it went while in service.

It is a 1898 Rifle, Serial # 194213.
Any ideas are appreciated.

Contact Wayne Gagner at (You need to Login to view media files and links)
He has whatever records (ABOUT 5% now) have been extracted from the National Archives over the last 50 years. He will NOT search the NA for numbers on an individual basis, but if he has found your number, whatever info is available may be had for a fee.
