Possibly for the last time, as health detoriates, and time may be limited..
I have been busy going through several of my old accounts on the net lately, and luckily I was able to remember the password for my account here as well.

Have spendt some few hours here reading my old posts, and it sure brings back a lot of memories.
They serve to remind me of the people I've been able to help out in different ways here, and I'd say that's worth the trouble.
But I also have an uncashed check pinned to the wall above my desk, as a memento of the cases where I failed to come up with a solution.
Like a M/1912 front sight that never made it to Alaska where it was much anticipated..
I can only feel sorry for not being able to deliver in those cases, but rest assured, you were never forgotten.
As I will probably be faced with the eternal dillemma of having so much to do, and so little time, I can't promise to be of any help here.
But I will try to collect whatever I have left of parts and ship it over to the other side of the pond, so it can be available to those who still are in search for parts.
Some day we will all be checking out for the last time, but as long as we pass history on to those who follow us, we will be able to keep our knowledge alive.
So fellow Krag enthusiasts, remember that you are not just hunters, shooters, and gun-nuts!
You are in fact caretakers of the history for generations of hunters, marksmen, soldiers, engineers and inventors.

Keep that history alive, keep your powder dry, and let your Krag's be able to deliver a few rounds on the range and in the field from time to time.
Someone is bound to ask a question just out of curiosity, and you will be able to pass the knowledge on to him/her.
We'll meet again.
