Here is my krag with its new stock that i picked up cheep, it turned out very nice i think. I hope you like. I bought this stock from GB this past winter, it was just a rough cut stock and had to be fitted and stained. I sure hope it shoot as good as it looks.

Always have liked the look of full length wood. This one is especially nice with that particular stick of wood, very nice figuring. If this one shoots as good as it looks then you have the best of the sporterized world of Krags.

Thanks.  You should have seen the look on the gun smiths face when i came walking in with a left hand stock for a krag. He said where in the hell do you find stock like that. My friends at work think i am crazy to put good money into that old obsolete cartridge, but i love to shoot old rifles and also hunt with them so way not.

I love the wood on this!  Much better than the wood on my sportered (butchered) example.  Awesome job!

Where did you find that stock? I'm looking for something exactly like that.

I've been looking everywhere for a mannlicher stock for my Krag.

Wow! Very nicely done. And a left hand stock to boot. I also shoot my Krags from the left side. They actually work very well for us southpaw shooters Smiley
