I have a 1896 Krag  original no alterations, in very good condition, one owner.  Serial number 69521.  Any idea of when issued?  and relative value?

That number is not specifically listed in the SRS ( Springfield Research Service ) data, but it is in the range of a lot of M1896 Krag carbines.
