In regards to your quest for 1895 Carbine parts,  many can be found through S & S Firearms,  (You need to Login to view media files and links) .  S & S has both original and reproduction parts,  depending on the item.

Boyd's Krag Carbine stock is modeled off the 1899 Carbine variant,  and many of the members will have different opinions as to how true this stock follows the lines of the original.  I have found Boyd's stock well made,  and used their stocks for several other rifles and shotguns.
