cartridge belt or bandoleer

After receiving my shipment of 30-40 ammo the other day, in preparation of taking the krag for her first outing. I realized the krag is my first rifle not feed with a detachable magazine or en bloc, as is my AR-15 and M-1
With these rifles, I sling an ammo belt or Bandoleer loaded with en blocs or magazines for the trip to our shooting spot, which is a bit of a hike through the fields
For the Krag, I’m gonna need a looped ammo belt or bandoleer to carry ammo in an convenient manner. A vintage Mills belt is out of the question and the SWAT style black nylon belts/bandoleers with plastic clasps found on the internet are not in the theme to compliment the victorian elegant lines of a Krag.

Does anyone know where to find a looped canvas or leather rifle cartridge belt/bandoleer that doesn’t look like web gear for SEAL Team 6?

There is a repro belt on eBay.  The edit feature here won't let me paste a link but the item number is 380411245785.

There are reproduction Mills belts available from several sources.  S&S Firearms has them as do other suppliers.

Kirk, Waterman, Thank you for the leads on the belts. The belt write up from S&S seemed interesting, but S&S does not supply any images of the belt and I've never been a fan of buying something sight unseen. The belt with the ebay listing of 380411245785 seemed to be the the choice for me. A good looking belt with a nice buckle and the vintage era feel I wanted.

But then I thought "It be practical if the rounds were completely covered, like the English Bandoliers of the Boar War". Long story short and going with the fact that a 30-40 round is only 0.5mm wider at the shoulder and longer then a .303 Brit, I purchased one of these (You need to Login to view media files and links)

It has good reviews, seems nicely constructed and looks bad ass in a Breaker Morant kind of way. Not sure if I like its light color finish though, I will most likely darken it to a deep browner tone.

I have one of those also.  They are exact copies of the original, even to size.  The Brits of 1898 were small people. The bandolier I have nicely fits my 11-year old grandson.  But it won't fit an ordinary American adult who weights over 150 lbs.

The belt from S&S is not made by or specially for S&S.  There is a small firm that makes Mills belts and sells them.  I can't find them right now, but they have a web site & sell directly.  The belt I bought from S&S is adjustable from about 32" to 50".
