There are two methods available to forum users when attaching and/or inserting image files.

Attach vs Insert Image

Attach allows forum members to attach files (as well as images) to their posts.

Insert Image is a seperate function used to link to externally hosted image files.

To Attach a file/photo to a post:
Add a file to your post by clicking on the "Browse" button to find the file on your hard drive to upload. Pay attention to the allowed file types and maximum file size.  Once you browse, locate, and select your file, click 'Post Message'.  This will post the image and any additional text that was entered in the message field.


Insert Image:
Link an externally hosted image to a post.
Sample Syntax is shown below the thread in image format.
