Is there anyway I can find out where my rifle, 52063, went after it left the factory? Like what unit it went to and such

Unfortunately, that number does not appear in the 5% of production records which have survived. It is however, almost certain that the rifle would have seen use in either Cuba or the Philippines, 1898-1902.

52060, the closest recorded number, was with the 1st Kentucky Vol. Infantry in 1898, and was destroyed in 1929 from a unit referred to to as the New Cumberland Guard. One must understand, however, that the arms were not issued in sequence, thus it is almost certain that your rifle was not in the same unit.
