	Is this carbine, SN 52105 a "hit", or a "miss" on The SRS lists ? Thanks for your help ?

	In Mallory's "Krag Rifle Story" - Index, #52105 is not listed. #52103 is a model 1896 Rifle. In fact, it's all rifles near there.

	Yes, that number is WAAY outside the carbine production blocks.

	Did you mean 50,000, in this context? The 5000 range absolutely was rifles (Model 1892, though) because no carbines, aside from a handful of test guns, were made until the mid 24,000 range.
