These photographs date from around 1915. They were taken by (or for) Tiffany Williams, during his time as a young officer in the Philippine Constabulary (1914-1917).

Tiffany is seated in the front row in the first picture.

Williams was stationed near Mayoyao in the Cordillera (mountainous area of Northern Luzon). His constables appear to have been of the Ifugao Tribe of the Igorot People.

Love those PC short-rifles and their Krag bayonets!

Note: Possible Range Session and cleaning with Barrack Rod (in 4th picture) and the target on the porch at the top of the steps (in the last photo).
