I cannot expand on what the pretty comprehensive description (probably written by Jack Lewis, who definitely knows his stuff) said. Thankfully, since it is not a Springfield product, I do not need to lust after it!! Cowan's knows what they are selling, unlike some others whose catalogs can be misleading; Rock Island comes to mind - they handle some great stuff, but get a little loose on some of their low-grade items.
