I've been wondering how these reproductions appear.

They seem innocent enough with raw edges, roll pin/pivot, and shiny with fatigue/stretch marks.

If cheap enough, I can see them serving as a useful substitute for Re-enactors and Competitive Shooters.

However, in time, with judicious file work, polishing, re-pinning, and fake patina, someone will be fooled.
