	Well gosh, there is a lot of misinformation on internet 'Gun Forums'. Happy Belated Birthday Richard Hosmer. Happy early Birthday Paul. You old Capricorn! My day comes up on the 20th. I'm as 'Cusp'. Becusp, every four years, I have to share it with the elected president. Sometimes, that doesn't turn out so well, other times better!

I'm sure you had a few, more-than-normal, disappointing birthdays in '93, '97, '09 and '13 I always wished I would have been born on February 29. I would only be 14 and still have four more birthdays before I would have to register for the draft.
