This 'newapaper clip' is just part of an interesting read, in Springfield Armory Museum collection, Catalog Number: SPAR 4191

Also, featured is model 1895 Winchester-Lee Navy Rifle, #7876.

This rifle was transferred from Rock Island Arsenal to Springfield Armory on 16 March, 1912.

On 06/28/1933, Winchester Repeating Arms gave the Springfield Armory a new stock and handguard to replace those parts destroyed in the 1931 Museum fire.
